What is unique about your removal company?

We mainly handle large and commercial removals. Depending on the customer's wishes, we arrange the entire move or transport a number of pieces of furniture from the old house to the new one. We are unique in the care we take with fragile items such as art, sculptures or other delicate pieces of furniture.

What do you like about working in the removals industry?

Our work is incredibly varied. We like to take care of everything for our customers, think along with them and advise them where necessary. Sometimes we have to move around the corner, sometimes to Spain. That's what makes it so much fun. Helping our customers during this stressful time is what we do best and what gives us energy.

What projects do you enjoy doing?

We love variety. Our specialism is in the private market. Medium-sized removals, think one lorry load, with about four or five removal men at work. Those are the best jobs. The work is especially rewarding when we see our customer relax as the day progresses. Then we know we're doing a good job!

How do you approach innovation?

We embrace innovation. We were one of the first companies to implement a complete removal management system that is used from start to finish for customer relationship management, removal records, the removal schedule and invoicing.
