What are your favourite projects to take on?

Private removals that present a challenge. Think of a special clock, piece of furniture, piano or something else that requires you to think creatively about the work you do. Of course, this must be done safely and thoroughly, but being creative within these margins is the best part of this job!

How do you approach innovation?

We continue to renew our equipment. Cleaner lorries, electric equipment, such as electric removal lifts. But our staff also need to be well trained, and we are currently working with the removal software that we started using two years ago. This makes everything visible to the office, the removal team and the customer. We use this system from start to finish, which allows us to carry out our processes very efficiently and with a small margin of error.

How do you deal with sustainability?

Sustainability means a lot. We ensure that our fleet is well maintained. Preventive maintenance ensures long-term usability and therefore sustainability. But the removal staff must also be deployed sustainably. We pay attention to how they lift, and the physical and mental strain involved.
